First in a series of fantasy pieces, this portrait used a new process I'd not used before. It involved converting my original hand drawings digitally, then manipulating them in Adobe Illustrator. Finally, the light sources to the clothing were added and the face rendered last from a photograph. You can also see the second piece of the series, Elemental Thaumaturge.
